dolphin will run for about 5-10 secs then stops

My dolphin only runs about 10 seconds then shuts off. When it starts to shut down a green light on the circuit board begins to flash. If I turn off the power the green light goes off in a couple of seconds. It starts up again for 5-10 secs after the green light goes out. If I try to start it before the light goes out it won't run. Is the board bad or is it something else?ADMIN REPLY: Could be the timer in the power supply
