I had my dolphin and power supply under are covered patio. I want to use it today tried to turn it on and it wouldn't fire up. I reset the GFCI outlet try to turn it on again it turned on for like a second me like a little pop and turned off again. I tried to plug it into a different outlet and it didn't go on at all. Do you belive it is the powersupply?

Look for moisture around the lights
by: Anonymous

Try pressing AROUND the power button firmly. I had the same issue and when I looked closely, I noticed moisture around the lights on the power button, which led me to be believe the power button may ne compromised. I removed the cover where the blue chord plugs in and used an air compressor to blow air into it for a few minutes. Then I pressed around the power button firmly. I pressed the power button and it worked! Now, occassionally it will turn on for a few seconds then shut off. If I press firmly around the perimeter of the power button, then turn it on, it will remain on. Hope this helps

Could be the power supply. Sounds like a short but it could be anywhere the power is routed.
