I need to know the right way to replace the climbing rings,before I start taking out screws that didn't need to come out.

...but I have never replaced the rings on Dolphin. If anything like the blue foam PVA brushes on Aquabots then the wheels comes off and the PVA must be soaked in water to keep them pliable while sliding onto the axle.
