No Motor Delivery To Pool Company

I have an Aquabot Xtreme and it stopped moving but will pump water. The drive motor is bad. I took it to our local pool supply, Brads Pool in Warrior,AL and they have had it 3 weeks and say they cant get the drive motor from aqua bot inc. i think they are lying. He blames Aqua bot inc for not getting him the part
