Reset button on power supply

I just bought a new Dolphin and no where in the user manual does it tell you what the reset button is for. Mine started flashing and then the unit shut off. Can you tell me what the Reset Button does?

Is there a reset button on a swimdrone pool cleaner? When I push the power button it illuminates steady for a few seconds and then goes to flash.

The Triton does not.

Not all models have a reset button. if yours does it is very obvious and is on the power supply. It is labeled as RESET. Make sure you are reading the correct manual. On most units a red light flashing means it is updating remotely or a steady red light means one these:

• The blue floating cable is not connected
into the power supply.
• An obstacle is blocking the impeller, tracks
or wheels.
• Pool cleaner is out of water

I'm on my third dolphin (within a years time). (Warranty) No one knows what the problem is. They tell all these things to do to remedy the problem but they're not the problem. I emailed Maytronics and got a response back a week later telling me that they were "backlogged" due to massive issues. This makes me think these things are not cracked up to be what people think they should be. The Polaris was easy to work on and was still going (5 yrs) when I sold my house. Had to replace a wheel or two but worked great. Unfortunately, my current pool was not set up with a water jet to run a Polaris.

Not much info but I found this pdf manual chainsawjournal.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/Manual-dolphin-plus-robotic-pool-cleaner.pdf

p.8 says:

"Full filter bag indicator and Reset button
The power supply is equipped with a filter bag status indicator.

The red LED indicates two filter conditions.
• When blinking - The filter is partially blocked.
• When lighted - The filter is blocked and must be emptied and cleaned.

If the LED does not turn off after the filter bag had been emptied and cleaned, press the RESET button while the robot is working."

My power unit is not powering up & am looking for some sort of mechanical power reset switch or if there is a fuse, in order to get it to show any power at all...
