S300i Technical Issue: Servo Overload

by Cristian Rosales
(Santiago, Chile)

My S300i just works in manual mode and Regular cleaning mode, but not in others modes. My Dolphin app show an alert: "Technical Issue: Servo Overload, Reset Robot" I don't know what to do...And I don't know how to reset the robot.

I bought my S300i when I lived in the USA, now I live in Chile and the local representative refuses to check my robot.

Maytronic service really sucks!

Please HELP

S300i Technical issue: servo overload or no turn of robot
by: Anonymous

I had the issue that my S300i did not turn anymore just back and forth. Servo for turning the water beam was not working properly. I ordered new servo at www. Schwimmbad-technik.de
And got the repair set( cover plate with servo & the hybrid electronic card) I changed and it worked perfectly. Costs about 210€

Me too
by: Zaphed

I just got my 300i a couple of days ago and now the second time I'm using it, I'm getting the Servo Overload error over and over.

I get the servo overload error in "ultra clean" mode and also in "standard mode". I noticed in manual mode, the unit will go back and forth but won't really turn at all. When you try to turn with the manual mode, it just goes back and forth in pretty much a straight line.

I am trying it again, it seems to run about 30 minutes and the errors start happening and the unit stops.
