My tiger sharks did the same thing. Also, did not clean the pool. Long story. Bought a very expensive DURA MAX last July. Same cord mess. Untangle after 2, 2 hour runs. Also, change handle moment it is taken from pool. This one also does not clean the pool. Going back to DURA MAX on their nickel within the week. I guess they all SUCK!!!

Coil the cable starting close to the robot so the plug end coils last.

We are on our 3rd robot...just love them!!! Have converted all of our friends. This 3rd one is a pain. Can't keep the cord untwisted. Have tried everything including suggestion on this site. It appears to be getting worse. Was not a problem on any of my previous robots. Obviously they changed something and not for the better. What do we do short of having to buy number 4?
