The blue band on my May Tronics dolphin came off. Replaced it and now it’s not moving


The blue band on my May Tronics dolphin came off. Replaced it and now it’s not moving.

I woke up to find one of the blue bands on my May Tronics dolphin pool cleaner sitting at the bottom of the pool this morning. I replaced it and restarted the unit and now it will not move.
