Twisted Dolphin Electric Power Cable

The 40' cord on my dolphin is twisted. How can I get it back to it's original straightness?
ADMIN REPLY: 2 things to do. Lay it out straight in the heat of sunlight so it softens. Then coil the cable...starting AT THE ROBOT.

As you coil, allow the plug end to turn as you turn out the twists.

Always coil from the robot to the plug end...always.
