Will not climb vertical walls

The Dolphin worked great last year. When we opened the pool this year, the climbing rings came off. After replacing the climbing rings, it works better. However, it is not climbing the vertical walls.

Do you have any suggestions? The pool is really warm.

Be certain the walls aren't slick with algae and make sure the bag is properly cleaned. Try running the machine without the bag
