Dolphim keeps popping wheelies.

My dolphin power supply working and everything is moving however, it keeps popping upright and staying that way. I have taken everything apart and nothing is trapped like an acorn per your explanation. Also changed the bag and reinserted. Not sure what to do next? Suggestions? I appreciate any advice. Thanks!
