dolphin blowing fuse after one hour

my dolphin runs great for one hour then blows the fuse so it is not a short. any suggestions?

You may have a broken wire in the cable that shorts only when the cable twists a certain way. Just a guess because shorts can happen just about anywhere. Since the robot works for a while that is where I would look. I am not too familiar with the Dolphin power supply but that is another suspect.
