Dolphin Commander repair now at a stand still. Please help.

So my dolphin commander stopped working. The first thing i found was a blown fuse. I bought new ones only to blow again. After researching, I found that I had a bad bridge rectifier. I replaced. When I put in pool it now starts and stops within one minute. I checked the impeller since not moving. I have taken everything apart again. Nothing stuck in impeller or tracks. All of the gears are in good shape and moves freely. Now I took the motor box apart to find the moisture pack is all over.

I'm not sure where to start from here. I know that this was a common problem. where do I start to test these components.
