Dolphin DX3s shuts off when vertical

My dolphin just stopped running full cycles. I have notice when it does a vertical wall, it stops, if I move the machine till it is flat, it continues. It will do the deep end fine, but in the shallow end it keeps shutting down. I've also seen it function when the machine was completely inverted.
