Dolphin Explorer Won't Sink

My Dolphin Explorer worked fine when I started it up this year one time and now it won't sink......what could it be???
ADMIN REPLY: My guess would be trapped air behind the sideplates or in the body OR some vinyl brushes will float until saturated with water.
