Dolphin left out of Pool Running

Our Dolphin was left out of the pool but was not shut off for 12 hours. It now does not start. Is it here anything we can do?

If the robot goes into protect mode, how does it get out of that mode

It sat out on the deck after it shut off in the pool. The power was on for that time but the dolphin did not move while on the deck. It stayed there for about 12 hours and has not restarted since, even after cooling off.

Was it actually running out of water, or left on and then removed from the water after its auto shutdown was triggered. The unit should go into a protect mode when out of water. All Maytronics Dolphins have that. Something else may be wrong if this is the case. Let us know!

The motors overheat. Let me know if it starts after cooling down.
