Dolphin moves but doesn't pick up debris/dirt

Filter cartridges clean. No obstructions for impeller. Not sure why not picking up. It goes back and forth and climbs wall but picks up nothing

I don't know what has changed but last year this vacuum was amazing!!! I would put it in once and magically come back and everything was gone. Even after a while when things settled, it was very minimal.

This year I ran it back to back because when it was "done" there was still visibly quite a bit of dirt/debris in the pool. Even after cleaning the filtration basket, the problem is still occurring.

What is going on? I'm so upset!

It climbs, moves, screens are clean etc., but is not picking up all the debris. It will run over an area and the dirt is still there.
