Dolphin Nautilus likes to go up on sides but not the bottom

Maybe we have some setting wrong or something. We just bought the Dolphin Nautilus this year. It has always done this to a certain degree, but now, it just wants to go up on the sides and clean and never go to the floor, especially in the middle. Do you have any suggestions?
