Dolphin not receiving power

Dolphin was working but acting sluggishly
Pulled it up by the cord to clean its filter bag
rinsed filter and re installed it
placed dolphin back in the pool and plugged it back in
dolphin did not move or circulate water
tested electric socket
it has power
What should I do?

If the power supply has power at the outlet to the robot then then you need to check power is arriving at the other end. If power is reaching the motor and the motors are not working at all then looks like a new motor is in your future
