dolphin pool robot blowing fuses after bearings break

Hi, my pool cleaner has stopped working bearing have come out of the pulley, not realizing it had stopped for a while power supply unit had gotten hot and the fuse had blown. I fixed the bearing problem and replaced the fuse but it now keeps blowing the fuse any ideas
