Dolphin wave 100

We have had our unit 3+ years,I replaced tracks before season, but dolphin still gets stuck in diving well, there is a steep slope, wondering if I need to replace brushes and climb rings, bag is always full when we clean unit, also the orange brush light seems to be constantly light on base unit.
