I have 37 vdc, but loses power right away

I have the 37 vdc, but when I plug the dolphin cord in, I lose the 37v. I have to unplug main power, wait about 1 minute, plug back in and the power comes back. The dolphin never operates.
REPLY: You are checking voltage at the robot end of the cable?

Protection shutdown
by: Thehobe

Probably and internal circuit on the motor board that pulls more than normal current as a message to the land power supply to shut off. Internal storage capacitors in the power supply hold up the logic circuit inside the land power supply for awhile after the AC line cords unplugged.
