Maytronics Dolphin Nautilus, Timing Track

by Rad P
(Costa Rica)

The timing track has 1/4" more slack on one side than the other. One is nice flat the other is loose. I don't see any provision for adjustment. Any suggestions? Otherwise the Maytronics Dolphin Nautilus seems to be working good.
Thank you.

Stretched belts
by: Anonymous

Interestingly, maytronics sells an "upgraded drive system" for their earlier drive belt systems using a cog that is about 1/3 of the width of the actual belt. The new drive system includes two new axles, two new drive/idler pinions and two new full width cog drive belts. Your problems could be deeper than the belts if the unit only runs for a few seconds to a few minutes. See my other post (to be written) "how to repair a Dolphin"
