Maytronics Dolphin Pro Not Moving

The propeller spins, but the unit does not move. There are no obstructions as I replaced the drive tracks. Both tracks spin when out of the water. Any suggestions?

Check that the motor axle is moving or not moving. I have a feeling your sprocket is bad because the tracks should not freely spin the motor if they are engaged.
