My 2 year old nautilus cc plus is moving very slowly and is struggling to climb the pool walls. A toy did get lodged in the track and after a month of the track coming off, we replaced both tracks. No improvement. We may have damaged the unit by continuing to use it after discovering the toy. Is it fixable?

Did you find out what was causing this? My 2 year old Nautilus CC Plus is doing the exact same thing! Please advise..thanks!

...a broken sprocket that drives the track. The sprocket is plastic with ball bearings. It may be cracked or damaged
