Power Supply Overheats

My Power supply transformer gets very hot and blows fuses, have disconnected the robot, checked continuity on the switch, and still blows fuses, any assistance with what could be the problem is appreciated.

REPLY: Is normal for the power supply to heat up. The blown fuse is due to a short somewhere or possibly the incorrect fuse is being used.
